Yeah. I think it's still non-obvious who starts there, but when Havertz is in it's almost like we're throwing away our chance of a fast start currently.

Burnwinter Havertz mostly don't try to make himself available, but rather runs in behind or make himself another body in the box. Almost like we are playing 2 up front and I think that's by design. It should work better soon once they gel

It's intentional. We pass up dozens and dozens of crossing opportunities in every single match which would lead to a higher xG, but also many more counter-attacking opportunities for the opposition.

I think we haven't quite found the right balance between patience and penetration, mainly because we're actively trying to play higher and with more dominance than last season. We need a little patience as fans for the new patterns to form and for things to really come together.

He also releases ball very quickly, when you want to win a game, you have to make sure your actions are as fluid and quick and possible, and he did that all the time today, also was visibly frustrated with lack of movement from others at one time and I have to admit I really liked it.

Just back from the game:

1) bit of a lucky win but fucking take that. Such an important win.

2) Havertz started brightly but head dropped when he missed a sitter and the error for their goal. Has little resilience. Played a bit better 2nd half but was doing the bare minimum. His favourite trick is passing the ball backwards all the time which is annoying. He cannot start next game.

3) Rice is a natural born leader. When we went 1-0 down he was the one rallying the troops and in particular Kai.

4) Saka was poor again . Looks like him and Martinelli have regressed this season. Nelson should get more mins.

5) we have regressed from last season in terms of patterns of play and general aggression.

6) Tomi and Viera were really good when they came on. Start Vieria in next game.

7) Arsenal fans were fighting outside the Emirates even though we won, one guy was coked up to his eyeballs - look out for it on social media,sure it will come out.

8) Man Utd are shit.

9) Jesus looked like Prime R9 when he came on, Eddie huffed and puffed but start Jesus next game.

They will score a counter-attacking goal more often than not but they are not good at football.

Kel Varnsen I think he lacks confidence and shunts away from the ball now. But as shown in the 2nd half when he had coverage to take players on and run into the box he can be a danger.

Of course all is just hope now as the evidence hasn't been good but there's a player in there

Ricky1985 He fucked alot of final passes up today but was really a nuisance for the United defence. Didn't let them breathe one bit and won alot of fouls, got their players carded which was important for us.

United last 14 matches, drew 1 lost 13. Thank fuck we didn't let them win here today

Bring Back Kerrea Gilbert I was getting the feeling at one point that cutting in was almost instructional. He was just not giving Dalot much else to think about. Thought White was the one trying to provide a different dimension with him. Ødegaard give and go's were snuffed out.
