That's my main concern from today, City always find it so easy to shut us out. How many times have we failed to score against them under Arteta?

Lots of positives for me though overall. We looked good defensively for the most part, Timber is class and I think Havertz will be a great option. Feels like we're short in attack though.

The quicker he goes, or his role is marginalised, leaving Rice to take his rightful place at the heart of the team, the better imo.

I think the way we play, the #6 is position is almost like the keeper in that mistakes can be incredibly costly so the player in the role needs to be extremely efficient. Partey is a tremendously gifted player but for all he brings to us offensively, I think maybe he has too many errors for Arteta's liking.

We needed to sign another midfielder. Partey, Jorginho, Rice, Havertz, Odegaard and Smith Rowe is a full set of midfielders. Take Havertz out and Vieira becomes second choice again.

Havertz is a good signing and a necessary one. Rice is the main signing and the one all eyes should be on.

daredevil eyes should be on both. They both came in for massive fees. We needed someone in when Xhakas left I'm just not sure why we picked Havertz, he was awful for Chelsea. Arteta needs to work some magic on him.
