And thats good and all that, and he was... But last season we won fuck all, so it didnt really matter. I know its one game, and we will see what happens in the coming weeks, but we need him to be a driving force all season, not just in the second half of the season. If we want to win something, we need all our big players firing from the get go.
That said, horrible game yesterday by Rice (and pretty much everyone else) and we still managed a clean sheet and 3 points. Lets see how it goes in the home opener v. promoted Leeds.
