I think we can, but it'll be easier on us if we can bench Havertz or use him as a utility, and bring in a left winger, or more likely a centre forward who is more lethal.

However any signing probably won't be more prolific, because Havertz is scoring quite a few in overall numbers.

I've come round on him. He's imperfect but I appreciate the way he works for the team and his humility is endearing.

A lot of players keep running straight there, great movement as usual. His finishing can be a bit erratic but the rest of his game is top class.

When I saw him running on the outside like he did I wondered what the hell he was doing. Me and my boy were laughing at him making the run…turned out to be a really clever move.

I think he had such a sense of relief when he scored. He was thinking about his miss earlier in the game, and if he didnt get a goal (and a nice one at that), it might have dropped his confidence a bit.

I just watched the game today, and Kai definitely had a bad miss, but I thought he was our best attacking player. Dynamic running, good hold-up play, excellent pressing. Certainly did more than Trossard, Martinelli, and Ødegaard.

CPM sounds like a typical Kai game.
On the misses, it’s awful to see but forwards miss. We saw Watkins miss a sitter against us, for example. Haaland missed on goal line against United last year etc. Havertz seems to have an execution issue to get over - not taking shots and then not hitting cleanly. Which is in contrast to his goal.
Hopefully, he gets a shrink/coach because there is another level here
I still have confidence that he’s one of our best players as he has been since last January.

He was excellent overall.

Qwiss I thought Trossard was overrun and ineffective. He's a really tidy footballer but his lack of pace really hurts him. It really isn't ideal to have him starting big games.

CPM I thought it was one of his best games recently. He was pressing like a mad man and was beating his man consistently. Passing was sharp. Didn't offer much goal threat but was good in everything else.
