Chelsea are screwed. They have too many inexperienced players, are trying to gel together too many newbies, don’t have enough matches to share minutes and keep everyone content. They also lack physicality in the midfield.

Enzo looks like he’s drunk too many sugary drinks, Caicedo is crap. Gallagher is a chump. Lavia will help but he’ll blow hot and cold

I think they'll get better. Their underlying numbers so far suggest they're better than they are. Jackson in particular has the 3rd highest xG in the league.

I don’t think so. The numbers back up the makeup of the team. Very good midfield, inexperienced/average back and front. Makes for a lot of dropped points.

I think they’ll finish top 8 but I wouldn’t bet on them finishing too much higher than that. Brighton and Spurs look like safer bets to me.

Get Ferguson next summer imo. If we have another good year I reckon we’ve got a chance. Not like we need to spend anywhere else.

Ferguson is the one we should look to blow the transfer budget on next year. Another year at Brighton will really do him good but an absolute monster striker in the making.

Get the groundwork done early and get in early. Also need to make sure we have a good season.

Agreed and key is having a good season. Just two years ago I don’t think any real super top talent kid or top player in their early 20’s in the prem would look at us but two years later we are talk of the town hence we got Rice.

Football is fickle and so are players and optics are mega important. We need to continue our upward trajectory if we want to still be attractive proposition for the likes of Ferguson.

Sicario2 - Tier 1 We've got the history behind us, we're based in London and we've got a young upcoming squad and look like we are going places. I know we all want/hope we win the title but as long as we have another strong showing the top players will give us serious consideration.

At the start of the window we were miles ahead in terms of amount spent. Surprised Tottenham in net terms weren't far off us in the end.
