They're too compact and solid in the middle. Our crossing is useless. We need to switch things up. Partey the only one forcing some chances. Sakas cut backs are ok too but they have that covered. Someone needs to get a solid shot off from the edges of the box

naz I disagree. We need to play it much quicker through the middle. Odegaard/Vieira are taking way too long on the ball. We have 3 runners but all we're getting is lateral dribbling and blocked shots.

Big team talk needed at half time. Losing this is unthinkable in terms of winning the title.

We do look like we are forcing it a bit too much. The endless crossing into the box and wasted corners plus Bournemouth timewasting is very frustrating.

First 20 mins we were finding good pockets of space down the sides and in front of their back four, but since then... not really. Bournemouth have been comfortable and more likely to score.

Been really poor first half Bournemouth leading 2-0 wouldn't be an unfair reflection after that. We've had zero real threat looking very predictable and given how we are going all the game at the moment I can't see us scoring as it stands. Need a change in the approach and the passing out wide and across is just looking really aimless. Not to mention that they look decent in the break as our defence looks awful.

Coombs I agree we should be moving it quicker. They're covering the middle too much though so I can see why the team is being tentative about it. Either way works. Vieira is being too cute and not as aggressive with his runs, I'd say he has a good chance at crafting something

The goal was basically us starting half-asleep. When Martinelli and Zinny double-teamed their guy, neither actually went up to him. Gabriel got a little unlucky with a block and Saliba wasn't alert to the loose ball.

We had a few chances to equalise right after. Have to say I think Saka has to square that to Martinelli when he has his attempt from the rebound and it's a certain goal. I think it's been a bit too frantic, slightly more composure and I reckon we'd have had a goal.

Not overly worried yet, a goal before 70 mins and I reckon we go on and win.

White on at HT or shortly after, Tomi has zero confidence on the ball right now. The few times he's made good runs he's done nothing with it.

The speed of movement if the ball is something we often find in these matches where we are the more dominant side. Just take too long and allow them into position. Also constantly heading down the sides it's working for them as they have numbers have to play smarter with that.

Feels very much like the Everton match in that we are waiting for somebody to make something happen.
