Errrm wtf? So a law student avoids jail despite calling Saka a monkey” and a “fucking black piece of shit”. The make things even worse this student is black himself, possibly even experienced some sort of racism in his life and thinks it is ok to racially abuse Saka?
What kind of message does this sentence send out? That you can be racist, when you get caught be apologetic and get away with it?
