RowJimmy hopefully he's not needed. But if he is, I'm confident he should be able to step up to the plate. PSV isn't exactly a fearsome team, and the lack of leadership/team ethic in that Madrid side is well documented. We did lose to PSG so just putting it on your CV that you played against them isn't worth much in my opinion.

We are an extremely well drilled defensive side, so it's easier for a Kiwior to slot in and his weaknesses are going to be covered more often than not. And if he's fresh and in good form, he'll look decent. Let's see how he fares in a full season in Portugal. Fortunately for him Gyokeres won't be there anymore to put a mask on his ass.

The journalism there isn't exceptional, to say the least. A report linked to a reporter, who quotes "reports". We've watched this player ourselves the past two seasons. Have you ever been blown away by his pace? His jumping ability?

Yeah his pace on the pitch has never stood out.

Also, I still have nightmares about his defending away at Fulham a couple of seasons ago (or was it last season?).

RowJimmy yeah he's not really limited physically at all and his passing range is excellent. He's a level below Saliba/Gabriel but what he did last season shows he's capable of being a really good player. Its not surprising teams like Villa were in for him, he's definitely good enough to start there.

Klaus but Mosquera showed that there are defenders half as expensive and a number of years younger who are already better and more experienced than Kiwior.

I hope Mosquera does show that but its way too early to make that call.

MistaT the only issues I’ve ever had with Fulham was them taking points off us last two season. Other than than most non-offensive club ever.
