@Sicario2 FA Cup wins are great, but your motivation for winning seems to be to negate banter opportunities from opposition fans. If it's about making memories - fine, but winning the Conference League doesn't make West Ham better than us just because we've qualified to a different tournament. And if you're predicting the table in september, you don't put West Ham above us in your prediction just because they won a trophy. That's like saying that the team winning the Championship has an edge over the 19 PL teams that don't win the league.
Similarly, you have to separate between what makes for an enjoyable season vs. what's the best predictor for future success. Sticking with your manager vs. letting him go must always be based on the latter. For example, winning the FA Cup this season and ending up 8th in the league would've gotten us more trophies than we'll probably get, but it would also indicate that we've become a worse team that aren't going anywhere.
