I haven’t posted in this thread yet, so here goes.
Born in Nigeria, raised in South Africa and my parents are from India, I now live and work in Johannesburg. I grew up in a cricket-mad household but watched plenty of international football growing up, especially Nigeria, South Africa, Italy, and Argentina. My earliest football memory is Baggio missing that penalty at the 1994 World Cup.
I started supporting Arsenal when I was 11 (1998). My elder brother supported Arsenal, so by default, I supported all the teams he supported. I was a regular on A-M, although I rarely posted. I joined this forum shortly after it was created.
Like Gurgen mentioned in another thread, so much has happened in the last 22 years. What an amazing feeling today.
