Think we should have Liam Delap on our list. If we can't get Isak/Sesko and get someone older like Watkins then Delap would add a bit of future proofing. And when Ipswich go down I think at the very least he'd be great back up who won't lose value. All with the added potential to blow up or resell for profit.

(To be clear, I have absolutely no opinion about whether this kid is actually any good. He seems to fit the profile positionally, though.)

Mirth was definitely high on Marmoush. He would’ve been good to get now, and then given us flexibility of striker or left wing in summer. He’s good.

I think we tried but it's a hard sell. City can offer 50% more wages and probably 80-90% greater likelihood of silverware.

Mirth it's impossible for other clubs to compete with City for these kind of deals. The salary they're giving Marmoush is basically as high as Havertz's!

Sesko, Williams, Cunha would hopefully give us strong quality and depth in the attack. Zubi and Nypan cover Partey/Jorgi. Cunha probably dependent on Trossard leaving but I'd try for him anyway and keep Trossard for the year/until Jan if unable to sell - rather have too much depth in attack than too little...and no I don't care how much it costs because apparently we've been keeping our powder dry for a whole year.

Good mix of youth and experience, quality and depth. Only problem is Tomi is a non-entity so hopefully no defensive crisis. Promote Nichols for the Carabao games and keep an eye out for a promising defender to add in Jan.

He is an incredible player. At his best, on the same level as Doue, Yamal, Vinicius etc. Of course, he is nowhere near the same consistency as them, but Nusa is incredible at his best. Goes easily past even top defenders. Hope he can stay healthy and play consistently out wide left for leipzig.
