Pepe LeFrits Definitely. They rejected the big bid from Madrid and agreed new contract with him and gave him the player option to extend it for further year.
As that is what they negotiated, he is now entitled to let them know he doesn't want to stay the extra year and good on him. He's said he is staying for his final year, if he is performing in training, there is no reason not to play him and try and win the Champions League with him. Sick of the way clubs treat these players sometimes.
If I was a player I would for sure be maximising my earnings by running my contract down and agreeing free transfers. (Unless I was at Arsenal lol.)
I hope he refuses to join a club they agree a fee with too.
