under PSR, their profits from this year would have been carried forward more meaningfully. put a different way, assume we make nil profits and Chelsea make £100m, then over the next two seasons we can then make a max loss of £115m but Chelsea would be able to make £215m in losses over the same period.
it feels like SCR removes the advantage they would have received under PSR.
