It does sound fun. Penalty shoot outs are always entertaining and will be a bit of good practice. They should have to rotate each keeper in to face at least one pen as well.

First game doesn't clash with any other games. Second game is the same day as a semi but I think is early afternoon whereas the semi is evening kick off (for UK times). You would imagine it would get decent televised coverage somewhere being a showcase event, otherwise there's no point publicising it.
