England can feel a bit hard done by, they've played pretty reasonably but officiating has been against them. Having said that it's not a great sign when Harry Maguire is your main playmaker. They need to step up the tempo if they're going to get back into it. Foden needs to come central more to get close to Kane and Saka.

The fix is in. This can be turned around, though. Get Henderson off, drop Kane in the hole and put Rashford in front of him. I'd put Sterling in for Foden at HT as well.

Foul is a foul, Claude. Doesn't matter where it happens.

Think he means VAR Coombs. Once the ref didn't think it was a penalty and they check and see it was a foul but outside the box there's nothing VAR can do. Ref missed the free kick.

Ah, sure. Fair enough, but I dunno how you can "miss" it. I think the ref just didn't want to make a pen decision.

Yeah, happens too often. Fould they'd normally give outside the box they hesitate with when it's inside. Just take a look at what happens on corners.
