A win is a win and I expected the game to pan out a little like this - but thought we gave them too many good opportinities. I have to say some of the backs up did themselves no favours last night maybe with the exception of Turner.
Holding - kept dropping off and failed to engage his man. A number of Bodo attacks were given oxygen because of this.
Tierney - too negative on the ball. The amount of times you could see him look at someone open in the middle of the pitch and opt to pass back was frustrating. Got better later on though.
Sambi - didn't have a bad game but also a tad too safe. Pet hate of mine is when Saliba has the ball and he points to where he should be passing it instead of making sure he himself is an option. Can't make it as a 6 unless you can make sure you're always there to receive a pass or at least a 3rd man option.
Eddie - thought he could have pressed a lot better, looked a little half hearted in the way he was moving out there. Jesus is a better footballer but I'd have backed Eddie to match his energy at least.
