Bad news is no ESR in training today, nor Cedric for that matter.

With that in mind I'd go for a mixed team with a couple of first teamers included:

Turner

Tomi - Holding - Gabriel - Tierney

Ode - Sambi - Vieira

Marquinhos - Eddie - Jesus

Going to miss this as I'll be out with colleagues, especially given the timing. Hopefully we get a good win though.

I rather we gave Turner the chance to get match practice. Ramsdale can’t play 50 plus games for us.

I personally wouldn’t play Ode or Jesus. Get Matt Smith and another kid from the youth to play.

We need to keep both wrapped up in cotton wool if we want any success in the league.

No way Xhaka is sitting out a Zurich trip in my opinion, also often a mainstay in the EL sides we tend to put out. Xhaka for Øde, maybe Zinchenko for Jesus?

Rumour is Mikel wants to go quite strong. Probably to keep the team focused, especially after the United loss. So expect something like the team Goon put up. Maybe with White in place of Gabriel because I believe Gabriel, like Xhaka, has played every minute of this season.

I don't think getting off to a strong start is a bad idea. I'd play, White and Holding, play Cedric, rest Ode, play Tierney, etc

Hopefully we'll get to see Vieira start.

Maybe Mikel should find other strategies in his management toolkit to keep the team focused, rather than risking key players in a B-level competition, which we should be able to qualify from with our squad options.

There is only so much you can do with a team fileld with Henry-Francis, Edwards, and Sagoe Jr. Come on.

Get Tomi, Holding, Nketiah and Tierney minutes. Bar them, I wouldn’t change much as Sambi needs minutes and he clearly needs Xhaka to babysit.

Could even go to a 3-5-2 for this one if Jesus wants to play.
