Yep. I mean city got a good tie but we need them in the competition as long as possible (without ideally winning it).

Think Milan will do Spurs over two legs.

Good draws although shame PSG Bayern meet so early.

Great draw for neutrals, very few if any onesided draws. Napoli is extremely strong this season but Frankfurt usually play better against stronger teams

None of our competitors have easy draws, even City could struggle vs Leipzig. Haaland loves scoring against them though

Funniest thing is I don't think most Benfica players even realised it 😆 none of them were in a rush to get the ball after scoring the 4th or 5th

Anyone else feel like Real Madrid has leaned too far into a team of brilliant individuals at the loss of building "a team"?

There's nothing fluid or seemingly scripted in their game. Can't help but see nothing more than 11 world-class players and Ancelotti's buddy buddy management with them hoping things shake out.

goon maybe he's a little overhyped, but he is unique. he's quietly won the ball alot already in this game, and has quality on the ball. not many 2-way midfielders break through these days, that's why he gets so much attention

Yeah I noticed he’s pretty switched on from a ball winning perspective.

But these days I watch midfielders thinking about whether they fit here as a 6 or an 8 and he doesn’t look like he has enough about him on the ball for either role.
