FDJ for DLP with Nevez as alternative but not for the prices Wolves have talked about;
Bissouma as ball winner with Caqueret as alternative.
That said I think we have options in both Lokonga and Elneny in those roles as I want to retain both PArtey and Odegaard as starting players in a midfield3, and do not want a deeper player unless it is an upgrade at DLP to allow Partey to play B2B.
I think Aouar is an option as CML in a 433 but OL have mainly played 4231 this season with Paqueta as CAM. If we wanted to mirror MC then I'd look at Paqueta/Maddison to partner Odegaard as twin #8/10s, but I think all 3 prefer to play on the right.
What I actually want is a player who can impact the final 3rd either on the ball to beat a deep block, and/or with end product to be able to convert our chances - particularly if we stick with a short CF. I don't care as to what role they play - B2B/Playmaker etc, so long as they are a genuine goal scorer from the midfield. I'd even consider changing back to a 4231 with Partey & Odegaard as the 2 CMs with a SS as CAM (Dybala/Nkunku), or even a 3421 with Partey & Bissouma as the CMs, MO and Dybala/Nkunku as CAMS (although the later shape raised questions as to the positions and roles for Saka & ESR).
