Vidic sounds like he's having a right mare. I'm working so cant watch.
Premier League Fixtures, 2-3 april
He clipped Ba's heels a long distance from goal and took him down, he was a good yard or so away from the ball.
Vidic is off the pace today.
Slow, lumbering and lucky that Mason is reluctant to send him off following the awarding of two penalties to West Ham.
Man U seeing way too much of the ball for my liking.
Chicarito makes me nervous.
West Ham have got to stay super alert at the back.
Here we go

It was outside the box but its wasn't anywhere near a yard away from it, its was about 4 inches away from it. Sure Vidic had his other leg planted on the line.
Anyway the come back is on here, United goal from a free that shouldn't have been. Vidic should have walked a couple of times too so I've no sympathy with United over that penalty being given.
There you go 2-2, United win is guaranteed.
Fucks sake. Can't see then not winning this now.

Maybe I was exaggerating slightly. He wasn't after the ball though, it was a clumsy effort as well.
Fuck's sake anyway ... a draw would be fine, but please don't let United come back to win this.
Oh FFS the refs handed them this.
What a farce.
Honestly, that was fucking bullshit. That was a lineball decision on the penalty at best.
Typical fucking rubbish.
say what you will about man u, but they have a strong, winning mentality. unlike us. this is the second time this year they've come back from 0-2?

Ok. They're a bunch of overrated, thieving cunts who get the benefit of limp-wristed refereeing year in, year out because Ferguson can end officials' careers.
They're shit Kel. It's just that this season everyone else has been even shitter.
4-2 now. Oh well, just have to win all our remaining games the way these lot are being aided by the refs. Then again we'll probably be robbed in our match against them anyways.
which i said months ago and everyone pretty much went ballistic on me. this year's premiership is shit. worst in years.
It really isn't.
There's certainly no outstanding team this year.
I'm sure the standard in the Premier League was better when teams were able to go through the season barely dropping a point.
Say what you like about United, ourselves or Chelsea, but I'd still fancy all three against any team in Europe except for Barcelona and maybe Real.

it is.
Another game handed to Utd by referees. Why not just hand them the title at the start of the year and skip this whole farce?

Go through the league team for team. Yeah Barca are better than United, Real are maybe better than us, but its very close (those who disagree can look at our 4-3 loss over 2 legs against Barca compared to Reals 5-0 loss in the El Classico). After that though its hard to argue against the Premiership for the rest of it. We definitely play in a stronger league.
Stoke 1 up against Chelsea.
Chelsea equalise, running Drogba header from a cultured Anelka cross.

Because sometimes they don't. You know like when Chelsea won it last year?
And they wouldn't if we stepped our game up in certain seasons.
John Terry refereeing this one ...
Tim wrote:Utd are so shit away from home it's ridiculous. Still, wouldn't put it past them to get all 3 points today, but it's a tall order. Either way, they're gonna drop plenty between now and the end of the season. Let's just hope we drop less.
Shall we argue that it wasn't that hard for them in the end? Because if we say it was then that would be complementing them.
We will drop more points than them for sure. We're at best 2 points behind anyway.
Two absurd saves by Cech.
I'm happy that West Brom are beating Liverpool. I'm not a massive fan of Hodgson but it does seem like a nice bit of poetic justice. Plus scousers get on my nerves.
Reading the Beebs football updates it seems as though Chelsea have been incredibly fortunate in the second half.
Yes!
Chelsea slump more. Spurs draw too.
Stoke had somewhere around six very, very good chances to win the match in the second half, Chelsea about two. Stoke were winning the ball quite effortlessly through midfield for a stretch.
Lampard had a shocker, Torres came on and did nothing, for Stoke Jones, Pennant, Etherington and Walters were all causing trouble for Chelsea.
I can easily see Rooney ending up with a better than 1 in 2 league goal scoring record this season.
Man City beat Sunderland 5-0...
Sigh.
Didn't see any of the other football from the weekend, but saw this posted on A-M, did Essien get punished?

No.
