Another game handed to Utd by referees. Why not just hand them the title at the start of the year and skip this whole farce?

Go through the league team for team. Yeah Barca are better than United, Real are maybe better than us, but its very close (those who disagree can look at our 4-3 loss over 2 legs against Barca compared to Reals 5-0 loss in the El Classico). After that though its hard to argue against the Premiership for the rest of it. We definitely play in a stronger league.

Because sometimes they don't. You know like when Chelsea won it last year?

And they wouldn't if we stepped our game up in certain seasons.

We will drop more points than them for sure. We're at best 2 points behind anyway.

I'm happy that West Brom are beating Liverpool. I'm not a massive fan of Hodgson but it does seem like a nice bit of poetic justice. Plus scousers get on my nerves.

Reading the Beebs football updates it seems as though Chelsea have been incredibly fortunate in the second half.

Stoke had somewhere around six very, very good chances to win the match in the second half, Chelsea about two. Stoke were winning the ball quite effortlessly through midfield for a stretch.

Lampard had a shocker, Torres came on and did nothing, for Stoke Jones, Pennant, Etherington and Walters were all causing trouble for Chelsea.

I can easily see Rooney ending up with a better than 1 in 2 league goal scoring record this season.
