I think Dixon, as surprisingly annoying as he is in general, has a point when he mentioned Arteta being in Cedric's ear all the fucking time. I remember when I had a bad game and the coach kept flooding me with information from the sidelines, it only got worse. He needs to let them figure it out on their own, I get the impetus to tell them to get it fucking sorted, but it's likely more distracting than it is helpful.
