He has a level or two more in him. You can feel it. The effort that shaved the cross bar didn't get enough credit but his vision and execution are supreme.

Impressive. I bet Wolves don't give that xG away often. We were so close to causing mayhem as well that won't be counted in the xG. We just lacked some composure when it mattered. Saka and Martinelli had an off day, on another day they could have taken them to the cleaners. When we upped the tempo and pressed high, we absolutely had them on toast tactically.

He’s really evolved his game positively. More energetic and probes more than ever. Has confidence and excellent close control.

I didn't think he was a stand out, played pretty well but I'd say it's about par for him at the moment.

Agree. Tremendous player though; his par is super reliable, at least for continuation play.

Partey was superb too, he's really growing into the season. Too much was made of a bit of poor form early in the season, he's a phenomenal footballer and you can see he's thriving in that lone 6 role now.

That was a great win. Pumped.

Tbh even if we didn't score the winner, I loved the pressure we put them under. The way we kept pinning them in was great to see, and much better than what we're used to when chasing a result following falling behind.

I love the fact that our passing has become more incisive and brave. There is a trust in each other within the team. Passing is more crisp and passed into dangerous areas even if players are tightly marked.. Makes us soo much better in the attack.. Result of a lot of hard work on the training pitch.

Pepe's turn was really something.

I was really happy with how we kept the pressure on. The number of blocked shots was not an accident. They're an excellent defensive team who haven't given up two goals in a long time.

No more horseshoe of death.

And I could sniff that win coming, and it's because of that engagement between the fans and the players. Evwryone just gives a tiny bit more.

It's been so much better this season, against expectations. When we've been set back the players have always responded even in the face of bullshit refereeing and miserable conditions.

There's no fucking prima donnas tweeting about us from holidays, the fans are making noise and we're turning the screws properly.

This season has really felt like something slowly beginning ... add a couple of worldies to this side and watch us go.

He really got his game face on in the last 20 or 30 minutes. When he turns it on, he's just so good.

We are always worse without him. Even when's he's playing below his level he's still miles above any other mid we have.

Was great today,so good at making space for himself in midfield.
