Yeah but that's because we have Arteta in charge, signings don't happen in a vacuum they have to be considered with regards to who's coaching them. Perisic has been excellent in recent years regardless of coach, trust him to look like prime Cristiano under Conte

I'm pricing in conte to be a big problem next season
We are underperfoming. They are overperforming relative to their squad strength so yeah. We need way more quality to make up for our coaching level deficiency.
