Could have been Allardyce if they did the survey before he was sacked.
or a combination of Allardyce 0.7 of a manager and Pulis 0.5.

'tis quite the amusing list... Giggs at #1 says it all.. Henry at #5 furthers that point.. Bergkamp not being there at all cements it
add the fact that they think Pep Guardiola is in the top 7 managers of ALL TIME..
