I think that’s the best tie. Klopp doesn’t really care about Carabo Cup and anyway losing to Liverpool will feel a lot less worse than losing to Chelsea/Spurs. And if Spurs go through, then at least they got a tough match (think Klopp will give more shits about a final).

Chelsea, CL winners, should be too much for a side that hasn’t won anything in nearly 14 years.

Still pisses me off they beat us 5-1 in the semi-final in 2008.

Cancelling the 2nd legs would be unfair advantage. It was up to all teams and squads to lock down their exposure and institute sounds health and safety protocols. That Spurs have a backlog of league games, that Chelsea and Liverpool have CL commitments is a circumstance they should have to deal with . When Arsenal suffered from restrictions put on flagged players, there was no accommodation.

If 2nd legs are in fact cancelled, I would hope that Wembley will be the venue. Have a decent bit of hope for the tie in either case.
