Pépé has been treated like shit from Tet, and I really feel hes stifled his progress and indirectly the manager has hindered the teams prospects last season(and before?) by doing it. I just don’t think bringing Martinelli on should bear too much(or any) connection to this issue.
I’m worried about another wasted acquisition as well, and wary of Artetas hollow words. It’s not a reliable and sincere proxy for what’s going on but in this case recently just taking it at face value
