GooneriC Look at Yoro, I think in the right environment he could be alright but clear he was not ready yet. Saliba went out on loan and that was a blessing because we signed him when we were a shambles and letting him get more valuable experience and then bringing him back when we started to look a bit better worked out best for both club and player. Maybe if we tried to rush him in early it could have destroyed his confidence and at a young age it can be difficult to recover from that.
Man utd blew £50m+ on Yoro trying to copy us but they needed an experienced player. Even this summer I can't understand them not going all in for someone like Konsa.
