Arsenal are unbeaten in 8 games across all comps, Leicester City unbeaten in last 5. Both tied 9-10th place.
Our away performance at the King Power last season was among the better of the 20/21 campaign I thought. Hopefully more of that tommorow lunchtime please.

ARS (4-4-2?): Ramsdale; Tavares, Gabriel, White, Tomiyasu; Smith-Rowe, Lokonga, Partey, Saka; Aubameyang, Lacazette

Although I personally see Daka, Ødegaard starting for their sides respectively.

The positions I think are debateable are whether Ben White and Tierney are over their illnesses and fit enough to start? Otherwise it's Rob Holding and Tavares; and then it's Lokonga or Ødegaard? I prefer the latter, but he has been poor recently and it only really makes sense if we think we can go to the King Power and dominate most of the game.

Not sure. I don't think either have impressed much in their recent outings, so I think it's much of a muchness. Either one just needs to support Partey and help him do his thing.

I'm not feeling at all confident about this today. Especially if White's out, but then also if he's thrown in when unfit and having not trained that doesn't bode well either.

I'd be very impressed if we can go there and have a measure of control in the game. Leicester have their tails up and are a very dangerous team, and they'll likely be playing the 3-5-2 system we have struggled with. Add to the mix an early kick-off, their fans being bang up for it, and our young squad maybe being a touch complacent because we've strung a few good games together - as we've seen before from them. I can see us being overrun for long periods of the game.

But, man, do I hope I'm wrong! Especially as the vibe amongst Arsenal fans seems to be one of confidence going in. A defeat would be damaging to the momentum that has been buildng around the team.

Ode only as a 10 right now, although would start w Laca.. 2 central midfielders needed... Side been scoring a lot more in this recent run and home form has been good.. Away win to a decent side can take confidence up to next level.

Have to disagree, I thought Maitland-Niles was our best player against Leeds. I like that he can keep possession and still do something constructive with the ball.

He also had a lot of sloppy moments, and it was a 2nd tier fixture after all. I wasn't impressed at all when he came on against Villa - he was caught ahead of the ball and didn't fill in for Tavares a couple of times, which he was surely brought on to do. If he could just stop being so lackadaisical I'd be much more inclined to give him a go.

not convinced yet convinced by ainsley as a midfielder. sleepwalks and randomly jogs too much. for someone with his physical qualities, the random lapses of intensity and concentration are a constant source of frustration

I'm not a fan of this lineup. I think it's more likely to be a 4-3-3 with Auba on the wing than a 4-5-1.
