Torrential, I mean monsoon level torrential, rain just before the Scotland Georgia game kicked off tonight left the pitch waterlogged. They started, we scored after five minutes then the ref suspended it before the restart. There’s been staff on the pitch brushing water off for almost 90 minutes and it’s a lot better but seems like Georgia don’t want to play. Becoming farcical.

Mirth was evident at the World Cup. Should have been the time for him to leave. Hopefully, he won't be in charge beyond the Euros as our attacking talent is wasted under him, albeit Kane's golden years (dare I say it) are already behind him.

JazzG That was an amazing performance. He has always been a super defender, but seems like Arteta gave him the confidence to be more adventurous since he is technically very good as well

He always looks way more comfortable as a CB, which is his natural position than a outright fullback. No surprises he is now looking comfortable playing as a LB for us because the way we invert, he goes into the middle again which is his natural habitat as a DM

His left foots always been good. Think a lot of us were raving about his both footedness when he first came here. He seems to be getting back to his pre injury form judging by his last game and the game vs Germany. Hopefully he can keep it up and not get injured again. We're gonna need him.

Our boy Asano scored for Japan as well it seems. Never made an appearance for us but always good to see a former Gunner doing well.

BTW how was Havertz? Germany lost 4-1 and in that clip looks like Tomiyasu only had to deal with Sane a few times

From reading match reports it sounds like he played CF and had a quiet game but probably not as bad as some of the team. Bit of a shame because he needs a lift from somewhere it doesn't look like it'll be international football.

According to Bild, Havertz and Schlotterbeck were the two worst players on the field with what I think is the lowest possible rating.

Clrnc Hopefully will get a injury free run this season, looked awesome when he first joined us but had a lot of injuries since then.

Sicario2 This period will either make him or break him, every player will face times like this in their career. It is up to him to confront this and come out a better player.
