I sometimes don't think people appreciate just how good Odegaard is or can be, even if of late his form isn't to his previously high levels.
Odegaard not firing on all cylinders shouldn't be a reason to question his position or worth to the team. We should be looking to the rest of the team, and manager, to step up and help him out. Lift the burden from being squarely on his shoulders and spread the load a bit instead of putting the woes of this team on him.
I'm not looking to be down on Arteta and rehash those arguments, but it is a clear failing of his that we are almost exclusively reliant on Odegaard as a creative focus of the team, and Saka for moments of magic.
