HomeSteak yeah, fair. I know he had some injury problems last season and had already been out for a few weeks at Motherwell. Fingers crossed.

He looks pretty average to me. You have to have an incredibly high level to make it as a forward at a top club imo.

Speaking of loans and injuries. Good to see Tierney and Lokonga back for their respective clubs. Hopefully they can have strong endings to the 2nd half of their loans.

goon Same. I think he will be averagely prolific as a championship striker if injuries permit, that is his ceiling.

Thought this was quite funny, and classy from Charlie Patino..

Sounds like Lokonga played well yesterday- be good if he could boost his value in the market

lorddulaarsenal good to hear. I'm sure I saw a link the other day saying Luton were considering cutting his loan short so hope that doesn't amount to anything if he's getting game time now he's back from injury.

Tierney was out for 2 months with a hamstring injury, came back and managed a run of 4 games (with a 1 game break between them), did not play the full 90 in any of the games...and is now...out injured...with a hamstring issue.
I feel for him, probably the ankle break he had when he was 18 fucked him up forever.

Not even a month ago I was hoping he would stay injury free. It sucks for him...

          literally made of glass

TBF, he's built like a human. High intensity and high impact sports should result in injuries given the high frequency. It's the players who never get injured that are the rarity. Made of steel.

Would love to see us field a midfield of Rice, Nwaneri, and Patino at some stage next season
