£50m for Werner has to be one of the worst signings in PL history.

Getting Torres flashbacks with him. Though Torres was already fucked by injuries by the time he got to Chelsea. Werner looks like he’d never kicked a ball before playing in the prem.

Can’t imagine will Chelsea persevere with him too much longer. I can see him slinking off back to Germany on loan within 18 months.

Just saw the results from today. Brighton being just one point behind the league leaders after five games is pretty impressive.

That while playing good football too.

It just shows that as long as you keep playing good football and have the performance to boot the results will come.

By the way what a player Thiago Silva still is. Still can't believe he is this good at this age in PL.

We should get Potter while we still can, he can't be any worse than arteta for one

Chelsea, Liverpool and City the three best teams in the league and United fourth. All four miles ahead of the rest.

Uniteds squad is as good as any but Ole is the worst coach in the top 4 and thats going to become obvious as the season goes on.

Let’s not forget this Chelsea squad is the same that Lampard made to look bang average + Lukaku. Shows what can happen when you hire an elite manager. There’s no substitute for that.

Brighton have had a ridiculously easy start to the season but that should not take away from the fact that they have done really well early on. Still think they'll finish in the bottom half somewhere between 11th and 13th.

What I am worried is if they sack Ole. Their squad is fantastic, just waiting for a decent manager and they will explode into life.

Ronaldo is their game changer, brought them another level with world class poaching.

Hopefully by the time they realise Ole is terrible Ronaldo will be ageing out and he'll cost them the chance at Haaland.

Ronaldo looked really sharp against West Ham. He'll score loads of goals this season.

The way he is going, he will be able to play till 40s. He can literally stay in the box and poach goals. Still unbelievably sharp.

He just gets in dangerous positions and gets shot away too often not score a truck load.

Yup, his movement is still very good and he’s definitely sharp enough to get away from his man.

he has that elite skill to create space for himself by reading the opponent's movement, similar to Messi's except not t the latter's savant levels.

Can Guardiola finally beat Tuchel? Personally think Mahrez should start.

is rudiger good now? always viewed him as a bit of a dud but he seems to have turned a corner

Jorginho is incredible. Him and Kante partnership is so good.
