At the risk of sounding ridiculous, he's probably a good manager for a team that can afford to buy any superstar they want in all positions. He has generally done a good job of managing egos and people (Pogba aside). While he may not be flashy and "modern" in his managerial techniques, he seems to be getting to job done. If Y***ted bring in Varane or someone else to tighten up their defense, they will be a threat this season, I would think.
