romano reckons 21m all told. not exactly cheap. for that money I'd expect someone further along their development than 2018 guendo for example. him being anderlecht captain is a positive sign, but from scouring around for some opinions from Belgium, in terms of talent they put him a notch below tielemans when he left belgium
