Whilst I get the sentiment, a lot of English players make me feel the same. Lingaard, Alli, Rashford and Kane the most.

The managers are keeping this tournament from greatness. France, Portugal, England and I'd argue Germany as well have players to play good offensive football but their managers are all playing it safe or are clueless. Was infuriating to see Portugal line up with two DMs against Hungary although they came through in the end.

Yep, same thing with England. I don't understand the reasoning of picking both Rice and Philips against Scotland. Neither is going to connect the midfield to the attack.

England-Scotland was the first game I watched this Euros. Dull as fuck.

Not sure if it's Arsenal being so shit, but my interest in football has declined a lot in the last couple of years. I used to watch random PL games and even international matches at the Euros or World Cup, but now all of football just seems so shit. Slow, boring and without any edge.

I think this format of 18 teams out of 24 teams making it to the next round does not encourage enterprise. A point gets you a long way in this format.
