Speaking of retiring in your prime, I was thinking about Oscar the other day. I'd love to know how he feels about his move to China in hindsight, I'd be amazed if a big part of him didn't regret it.

He lives like a king in China and all the other big stars left but he is still there. Shows how much he likes the life there.

Everton sign young Scottish full back Nathan Patterson from Rangers.

I have not seen him play but he is apparently a very promising talent.

Have seen him suggested as a player we should have signed behind Tomi.
His issue at Rangers is the Captain starts ahead of him, and whilst that is the same at Everton Coleman is 33.

Another Scottish right back that seems more value for money is Calvin Ramsay at Aberdeen, 18 years old with eight assists this season already. Frankfurt's technical director Ben Manga has been eyeing him for a minute and he's one of the best scouts in European football. Won't pretend I've watched him though, maybe Tam knows a bit more about him.

bologna want him too and they seem to be pretty savvy about this stuff. their starting LB is a 19 year old from scotland.
