No one remotely reliable every reported anything but a passing interest but either way there's a huge difference between a player choosing another club and just rejecting someone after a bid has been accepted because you'd rather stay.

Exactly. Situations like with Locatelli happen all the time, several clubs are interested but the player has a clear preference. Massive difference to what Spurs are doing with Torres or Kounde before him

I like McKennie but I don't think he's what we need in midfield. Can see why Klaus likes him as he's similar to Ramsey but I'd rather someone with better distribution of the ball. Could still work mind and his playing style is tailor made for the PL.
