I reckon even Willian would look a lot better in a team with a good coach. He was very good for Chelsea and is clearly completely shot of confidence for us. When he tries like in the Leicester match he can still be a useful rotation player. We really need a full assessment of the whole squad when Arteta's gone
Sadly we signed a dud, his legs are completely gone, he hasnt beaten a single player for pace this season. And that initial burst of pace he used to open the game up was by far his best asset.
He has maturity in his decistion making which is useful so he is brought on a bit, when too many of the kids are on its all becomes a mess they all make the most impulsive obvious pass (as what happend against spurs) and willian can add set piece delivery and some variety to the play and composure in possesion. But its not nearly enough. t'll be an absolute belling if someone takes him. He might find some form but the legs are gone.
