His movement and link up play has been good but I've not seen enough to suggest he is the long term solution. Unbelievable though it took Arteta this long to actually give him a chance, we just look so much more fluid and players are much more closer and finding each other more easily.
His best trait seems to be pass and move, a simple skill but something which many footballers seem to lack.
