You don't think Pépé has been worthy based on those EL appearances? I suppose Smith-Rowe and Martinelli are showing they have an enabling effect on others in addition to their individual quality. One factor at least that works against him.

Agree. I thought he'd budge in the snow but he's been very good. I guess Atkinson factored in that it was near the end and we're 4-0 up.

I think these things ebb and flow over a season but right now he's fallen behind Marty and ESR on form.
