If he isn't getting sacked for getting 2 draws and 5 losses from his last 7 games then he wont get sacked for losing against City in the cup. I think he'll play a mostly young/second team.

I don't think it will have any real impact on confidence or even change the narrative anyway. From his point of view that Chelsea game is 10 times bigger.

I'd be amazed if he didn't rotate.
