I actually thought the players were mostly ok in defence and midfield. Passing was slow and laboured from Xhaka but he defended well and stopped quite a few counter with early tackles and fouls. Party and Ceballos were both decent. Defence was ok, nothing you can do for that Son goal and the 2nd one is all tactical, getting pulled into their 3rd and then countered on 4 to 2 theres not much the 2 can do.
Where we were really poor was the front 4. Laca works had but he has no idea how to play in the hole. He plays off the midifelders like he does off centre halfs and its just utterly pointless. Never really gets in good positions to help our passing game. Auba looked completely uninterested and lacking confidence, made very few runs. Willian was absolutely shocking, clumsy and cowardly. At one point Hector playing a good pass to him in the back and he managed to start a backwards move that ended up with Leno. Until that front line gets sorted we are going to keep losing. I'd drop Auba and Willian for the next few games, play Laca at CF with Saka and Pepe on the flanks. Maybe AMN in behind them.
