Getting the sense he does a few things very well:
Professional/polished, so he's easy for execs to like
Good communicator (probably why he was good as an assistant)
Committed to structure/shape, why we're better defensively
but clearly, he's out of his depth on getting us to attack and create. We look as bad as I've ever seen going forward, worse than with Emery and a step below what Ljungberg was able to achieve.
