Just as I posted, I remembered how Mikel likes to keep it dynamic to in-game context. You may be right, particularly for the first-half.
Folks, not sure this was mentioned on here earlier but its Mike fucking Dean. So no matter how blatant the penalty bias toward United is, don't expect Mike fucking Dean to be bashful.
