that match was ridiculous  seriously, we battered em that day yet lost 3-1.

Auba isn't a winger, and it pains me seeing him within 15 yards of the touchline. If he's going to play as our LWF we need to let him sell out and stay central, while Saka/Tierney sort out covering his flank.

Far far too many touches for Auba were out wide where he's not adding anything to our game.

It has more to do with not relying on a "playmaking central defender" or however it was you put it

If anything Elneny is showing today that he's the first capable replacement we've had for Xhaka in years. He definitely has to continue starting on current form though.
