Arteta possibly treats that number 10 role like the plague. We go from side to side and cross into the box, at times it has a number of red and white shirts and at times it is only Nketiah. We need someone to operate in the space between the midfield and forwards through the center.

Our attacking systems just don't work. Arteta needs to change his philosophy sooner rather than later.

Hot take: There has been zero pressure on them getting it right in the past and it has bred a culture of complacency and incompetence. I'm actually half serious. I think in a few years we'll see a lot more competent people officiating games, once all these sunday league dinosaurs have died out.

This is the first time I have seen Nelson constantly running at people and making things happen. Looks like he is really eager to prove himself. My main criticism of him previously was that he lacks courage on the ball.

He is playing like what we really need in the league.
