  • Arsenal - Dundalk | Europa League | Thursday, 20:00

If we're ever going to put on a free scoring performance, it's here right? We can't possibly grind out a win here with 0.6 xG.

Anyway, there's a few players who desperately need game time and this is a good a time as any to give it to them. Unfortunately one of them wasn't registered, but what can you do.

I'd go with:

Runnerson

AMN - Mustafi - Gabriel - Kolasinac

Willock - Elneny - ESR

Willian - Nketiah - Nelson

Prediciton - 7-0

------------------Leno
Cedric--Mustafi--Gabriel--Maitland-Niles
-----------Elneny--Xhaka
Pepe----------Willock------Nelson
-----------------Nketiah

Would be nice to see ESR off the bench.

Play laca, use it as an excuse that he's tired and can't play the game on the weekend. Profit

Let's not play pepe or gab or anyone that could make it into the team on the weekend

I'm hungry goon. Some simple Irish stew? Or save that for the away game?

This would’ve been the perfect game to give Saliba his debut but guess what, we didn’t even register him. Baffling.

we were physically affected by the midweek game last week, no point playing our main guys here.

I think Arteta will play our main guys here. He hardly rotates much

Eat some real Irish food for it and get a spice bag or a 3 in 1.

I don't really know anything about Irish cuisine, but if the vegetarian Irish bloke at work is anything to go buy (potatoes, microwaved veg and cheese) them I'm steering well clear. I must credit him for introducing aromat on chips to me though.

After how our physical levels dropped in the first half against Leicester I don't think he can afford to. Also if he wants a squad of 30 then he needs to manage their game time properly.

I've never even heard of aromat. 3 in 1 and a spice bag are terrible Irish bastardisations of asian take away food. Although the spice bag can be fairly delicious if you've had a few pints. Most real Irish food is either things like stews and coddle because people were poor and lumped it all in together or really simple dishes due to the quality of produce being so good once we weren't so poor.

Anyway I'm not sure why so many have Gabriel in their line ups. He's played a lot lately and should be rested. Throw in Mustafi to get him back to speed and anyone else thats not Gabriel. AMN and Kola fullbacks. Maybe even give Runarson his debut.

I really hope Arteta doesn't play too many first teamers here, this is an easy a tie as you could hope for.

Really? He claimed it's offered with chips as standard in Ireland 😆

There is no one else that's not Gabriel. They're all injured/not registered.

Only standard Irish dish I ever liked was Shepherds pie which was decent. Lovely country but trash cuisine sorry to say. Any suggestions qs?

Yeh a well made Sheps Pie is pretty good. Let's do that then.

Agreed. Do NOT play Gabriel. Play Xhaka CB if you have to.

I want the first 11 to be completely rested as much as possible for this game. We need to go into the UTD game fresh as fuckers.

No fucking repeat of last week. We are playing Dundalk at home, this is the time to rest players.

Must be a regional thing, I've never been offered aromat with anything. :hmm:

AFAIK shepherds pie is not Irish. TBH I hate onions and most traditional Irish dishes are onion heavy so I prefer simple dishes of fish or beef if I'm eating Irish style food. A modern one I'm a big fan of is black pudding and apple in a salad but you wouldn't eat that cos its pork meat.

I knew I'd get that response about shepherd's pie 😆 All you lot are the same, if I said it wasn't Irish you'd say it was. I've asked three Irish blokes I know about it and every time I said it was/wasn't Irish they said the opposite.

No offence but black pudding sounds disgusting even if it wasn't pork. It's not even meat it's just blood isn't it.

Is there a temptation to give Aubameyang 60 minutes to possibly get him back in the goals?
