I think he will make a plan. If we complete Partey, we will have 2 too many non-homegrown players. That means that we have to de-register them. I think if we communicate to Kolasinac and Torreira that they are not going to play for the next 3 months, they'd rather go off and play than sit on their arses.Â

Apparently JRA deal collapsed because his brother/agent is a greedy so and so. Wanted Hertha to pay him a higher commission (5 million euros or so).

All of this seems a little hokey. I'm glad we got him. Sounds like partey was a backup in case it all fell thru, that or we knew we'd bid after negotiations with Lyon one way or the other. I'd like to think we could've got both.
We wanted both, like what everyone is saying. 1 is a fair consolation though. Not linked to anyone else at all with a few hours to go, that should be it.
