Yep

No structure about PSG at all. That has been there downfall. Also no midfield to speak of, once Neymar et al lost the ball up front, it was a straight counter to Navas. No one to actually win the ball or dictate from deep.

Is it just me or has the champions league started to lose its appeal? I used to want to watch it but now I’d seriously rather watch GBBO

Just feels like the teams are playing a fruit machine ploughing coins in to it, letting them roll and repeating it until they eventually win

They're literally half the team without Marco Verratti, and that's a bit of a problem seeing as he's always injured.

They sort of have an replacement in Marquinhos, who is a fantastic player and as good a midfielder as he is a defender, but he's also missing. PSG have nothing without those two. They're head and shoulders above anyone else in that squad when it comes to giving the team shape and meaning.

Great point about Verratti and Marquinhos.

Shocked at how predictable they were. Be interesting to see Verratti’s future next year.

Predict a mini exodus next summer, when it seems Mbappe will leave. It will be the perfect time for a refresh/overhaul of the team.

He is not afraid to play the kids. I think Pedri, Fati, Trincao have either started or come off the bench in all their matches so far.
