These rules are too strict. They are too punitive for goalies. I can understand why they do the penalty rule like that but it gives goalies no chance

There are three alternatives:

  1. Having the rule and not enforcing it
  2. Having the rule and enforcing it
  3. Changing the rule

I don't know what's the best option, but I'm sure 1. is the worst one, which is what it was for a long time. Although you could argue that what they're doing now is 4. Having the rule and sometimes enforcing it, which is even worse.

Yep,  completely against the keeper. You may as well wave the penalty in.

Also, to me that was not a penalty.

No contact with the legs and Diallo’s hand literally rested on his side. No pull or tug.

Martial just felt it, and turned and went down

Listen to the ref talking to the GK in this clip. If that's what they're doing every time you can blame the goalies.

Like I said, I can understand why they enforce it.

It’s like all the offside stuff. You have to do it the way they currently do it so you leave no doubts. It’s very clear. Was the man offside when the ball left the foot? Similarly, was the goalie on the line when the ball was struck. It’s better than giving people discretion. But the goalie is done for.

PSG are awful, always such a disappointment to watch.

Imagine keeping Mbappe and Neymar out and then Martial nods into his own net 😆

Ansu fati is special. What an assist for Coutinho's goal !

His own finish(Barca's second) wasn't shabby either.

Wan Bissaka is just a short centre back

That's not a penalty anywhere in the world. Massive dive

fuck United

Why do PSG have a fetish for shit forwards?

Been watching Chelsea second half. Pulisic, Havertz and Werner are a good core up front. Will see if “Lamps” can mould them into something.

Another one of Barca's young kids has scored on his champions league debut - 17 year-old Pedri who was recently poached from Las Palmas academy.

Rashford has scored. Very likely to be the winner tonight.

As much as I dislike United it’s always good seeing PSG suffer.

The way Macmanaman is going on you'd think United dominated this game. PSG have been all over them 2nd half, just shit in the box.

Anyway keeps Ole at the wheel so can't complain.
